We are a team with more than ten years in development, and more than twenty years of experience in project management and banking. That mix is how we scope a first version a business can actually run — and how we keep it stable afterwards.
We work from Dubai, Spain, and Andorra. The company is HYDRA GROUP FZCO, with an office in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The work is proprietary business software — CRM, ecommerce, client portals, and web applications — not WordPress, not Shopify, not a template studio.

What we take on
Projects starting in the low thousands and scaling to larger custom systems. The buyer is a business that feels the cost of misfit tools — not someone shopping for a $500 website.

What we will not pretend to be
A cheap outsourcing bench, a plugin vendor, or a team that will implement a hosted storefront you could launch with a theme. If that is the job, you need a different kind of supplier.

Scope
We name the workflow that must work first. Everything else is a later version — not a reason to delay software the team can already run.

Ship
The first release is a working version of that workflow: login, the core records, the job that hurts today.

Iterate
Feedback comes from people doing the job in the new system, not from a long design phase before anyone can click.

Harden
Permissions, integrations, and the admin operators need to run it without us in the room — added onto something already in use.

Maintain
Hosting, security, support, and ongoing development stay available so the software can evolve after launch.
Security and operational care
Custom software that holds customer or commercial data needs authentication, roles, backups, and a patching cadence. That is why software maintenance is offered as a named service rather than an afterthought. We do not publish fabricated uptime percentages or unnamed enterprise clients.
Source-code ownership and licence terms are written into the client agreement. The public line is the operating intent: built from scratch, for your business, with us available to maintain it.
